Hello Everybody! We're getting ready to start building our scarecrows for the Hoe Down, which will be Oct. 2nd. 3rd Grade Parents-your children have a letter from the 3rd grade room moms today. Please sign up for parent helpers for Monday, Sept. 20th 1-2 and Monday, Sept. 27th 1-2 to help make the scarecrows. 
3rd Homework: Spelling worksheet and Practice Spelling Test-please sign. 

4th Homework: Spelling worksheet both sides and Practice Spelling Test-please sing.

Hello parents! Here is the homework for tonight:
3rd Grade-Book Reports- Please sign the paper with the Book Report directions and turn-in tomorrow. Also, please have your child write the name of the book and author that they are going to read. They should be reading their book now and can use this for Reading Log minutes. The project and report is due Oct. 29th.
3rd Grade Spelling- page 23 #1-#16.

4th Grade- Spelling page 23 #1-#23.

It was so great to meet all of you at Back to School Night. I have given your child a "free dress pass" for your attendance. They may use it Tuesday-Thursdays. 
3/4- Reading logs are due Monday. They must read 40 minutes a week. Please sign and date the form. Have a great weekend!

3rd Grade Homework- Spelling-Do the practice sort on page 18 in your spelling packet. On the back of the page, "Highlight Box" all 14 of your spelling words.
Reading- write definitions and part of speech of your vocabulary words. Look them up in the back of your reading book.

4th Grade Homework- Spelling- Do the practice sort on page 18 in the spelling book. Make "Highlight Boxes" around all 20 spelling words. 
Math- Mr. Peterson assigned an assignment in the book.
